This spirulinaized variation on a fruit spritzer is refreshing and super healthy.

500 ml sparkling water
1 fresh lemon
1 fresh lime
1 tbsp maple syrup or brown sugar
1 tbsp fresh Spirulina
4 ice cubes
A few drops of bitters to taste
- Juice the lemon and lime with a juice press and pour into a cocktail mixer
- Add maple syrup and fresh Spirulina and shake vigorously.
- Pour in sparkling water and ice cubes and gently agitate
- Serve straight away in iced glasses
